Interactive exhibition experience
K. Barona Muzejs
A kiosk-mode web application that brings four exhibition spaces to life on dedicated tablets - locked, multilingual and built to run without a single staff intervention.
The brief
THE CHALLENGE
The museum needed a polished digital layer for a new exhibition across four distinct spaces, each requiring its own rich content experience. The budget was modest, the tablets had to be completely foolproof for staff to operate, and the end result had to feel as refined as installations at far larger institutions.

How we did it
OUR APPROACH
Purpose-built web app
Designed and built a custom web application optimised for tablet dimensions, with fluid navigation across expositions and smooth content transitions throughout.
Three-language UI
Full native-language support across three languages so every visitor engages with content in their own tongue without any friction.
Kiosk lockdown
Configured each tablet at the OS level to launch only the application on startup - no home screen, no exit, no distractions. The device does exactly one job.
Four-exposition flow
Each of the four physical exhibition spaces maps to a dedicated section in the app. Staff select the exposition; the tablet presents the correct content instantly.
