The brief
THE CHALLENGE
The existing site was a patchwork of code from the early 2000s - slow, unmaintainable and impossible to expand. Meanwhile, the client was serving multiple European markets with no localised experience for any of them. Conversions were a fraction of what the business was capable of.
How we did it
OUR APPROACH
Full WordPress rebuild
Replaced the legacy codebase with a modern custom WordPress stack - clean architecture, fast load times and a design system built to scale across markets.
Eight native languages
Implemented true native translations across eight languages. Not machine translations - each market gets a storefront that reads naturally to local customers.
Shipping & automation
Integrated automated shipping calculation, order confirmation emails and fulfilment triggers so every order flows without a single manual step.
Conversion architecture
Restructured navigation, product pages and checkout to remove friction at every stage of the funnel and maximise revenue per visitor.
